Thermographic inspection in electrical machines

Thermography in this application is both qualitative and quantitative, and allows the user to monitor the aging of the machine, as well as diagnose other faults due to partial short circuit between turns, partial failure of insulation, etc.. This application of thermography has the basic premise of the detection of potential failures with thermal characteristics in its boot process, when it does not represent significant risks to the machine.
